Luscious vintage silk velvet cocktail dress embellished with the most unusual applique- it is a ribbon that has been twisted and turned to look a lot like crepe paper flowers on the front and back, in the form of a Fleur di Lis.
It is lined and has huge seams. It looks couture, though the label doesn't indicate that. It has a full back zip and is darted to emphasize the bust. Also has princess seams. So unique! The label is "Kimie".
